Tantric Dance is a play of the divine energy between masculine and feminine. Meditation while dancing, moving into the observer. The challenge to stay grounded and flow. To relax and gracefully let yourself be moved. We will explain more about female/male dynamics and also about Shiva and Shakti energy. What do you do with a woman completely in het Shakti power? Or if she is not, how can you invite her to her own vitality and let her shine? Also for the woman: how to approach this Shiva energy? How can you set the Shiva in motion and make a harmonious flow?

Op 25 december (2011) nodigen we je graag uit voor een gezellig samenzijn in Studio Vredenburgh met borreltjes en hapjes. We gaan ons programma voor 2012 toelichten. Er is gelegenheid om te praten over relaties, liefde, tantra etc. Ook gaan we een Tantric Dance Experiment doen. Alles heel ongedwongen. Iedereen is welkom!

Tantric Dance is opgebouwd uit:
-Chacra Dance Journey, een reis door je energiecentra, om je seksuele energie/levenskracht/prana te voelen in je lichaam en waar eventueel blokkades zitten. Adem en beweging staan centraal.
-Awakening the Senses, meditaties waarbij je gevoeliger wordt naar jezelf en naar de ander. Je laat je vitale energie stromen naar het hart. Je nodigt het licht uit, je connectie met het Goddelijke.
- De dans als spel tussen geven en ontvangen. Waarvan de een leiding heeft en de ander zich laat bewegen in een dans.
Mediteren in de dans kan doordat dat je aandacht binnenin blijft. Op
speelse wijze word je bewust van jouw eigen ervaringen. Je wordt steeds meer bewust van iedere aanraking. Is deze prettig of juist niet? Gedachten springen rond totdat er overgave ontstaat, waardoor alles vloeiend wordt.
De dans is een reflectie van je omgang met de ander. Nu kun je bewust kijken naar de facetten die zich in je afspelen om patronen te ontdekken en tot nieuwe omgangsvormen te komen.

Tantric Dance is built out of:
-Chacra Dance Journey, a journey through your energy centers to awaken your sexual energy/lifeforce/prana. Breathing and movement.
-Awakening the Senses, a maditation to become senstive in yourself and towards the other. You move the prna/ sexual energy to your heart. Inviting your light and connecting with the divine.
- The dance, a playful interaction between giving and receiving. Where one is leading and the other recieves in a dance.
Meditating in the dance is possible by keeping your focus within. Playfully you become aware of your own thoughts and experiences. You become more concious of every touch. Does it feel good or not? Thoughts jump around until surrender arises making everything fluid.
The dance is a reflection of your contact with people around you. Now you can conciously look at the different patterns and behaviours to discover new ways of making contact.
